Eye Spy
Ever since I started working from home, I've been watching a lot of TV. On my computer. Gotta love Netflix! I recently got hooked on Heroes and devoured the whole first season in about a week and a half (I'm almost done - one more episode and I can watch the new season premiere!). It's not my favorite TV show, but it has good character development and an interesting plot that makes me want to keep watching, episode after episode.
I never, thought, though, that I would be blogging about it here -- until I saw this, on episode 1.21:
It's Cole and Son's woods wallpaper! One of my favorites. I was starting to think it was getting overexposed...and this is pretty much sealed the deal. By the time I can afford to paper a room with it, though, it will look fresh and new again!

What a good find! I've seen every episode pretty much and totally missed that.
Thanks for all your ideas for my art/headboard situation. I was thinking for awhile of doing the wallpaper thing, but it might be beyond my level of skill! I might use your DIY idea and just make my own art though. I will for sure post whatever I do.

You're welcome! The wallpaper idea is pretty complicated, so I can't blame you for wariness. Wallpaper is so expensive, too (you'd have to buy a roll, unless you found the right size sample/scraps).

...I mean, was! They just launched an oriental-inspired collection and I'm obsessed about it! I want to use them all, and mix them together all in one room...but just because I can't choose only one!
Yes, the oriental line is stunning - I think my favorite paper is the one with the parasols! Gorgeous.
And anyways, why not mix them all? Did you see Beth Buccini's staircase? If she can mix 27 different prints in one stairwell, then so can you!
